This project involved a full-scale internal fit-out in Murrumbeena, covering the kitchen, family room, butler’s pantry, laundry, powder room, mudroom, and ensuite. Working strictly off architectural plans, we managed the entire build process, ensuring every material and fixture was installed exactly as intended. The result is a high-spec family home that balances clean architectural lines with practical, everyday durability.
The Murrumbeena project was all about high-end execution. We were brought in to build directly from architectural plans, which meant our focus was 100% on the technical delivery and the quality of the finish.
The layout included several custom features that required a high level of precision. We installed a bespoke curved fireplace and a matching curved rangehood, both of which demand expert framing and plastering to get the symmetry right. To contrast these softer lines, we integrated industrial steel doors and high-end fixtures throughout the home.
From the butler’s pantry and mudroom to the ensuite and laundry, every space was finished to match the architect’s exact specifications. Our job was to take the vision on paper and turn it into a solid, functional home with a clean, neutral palette that feels brand new but built to last.
